Brainwave Research Corporation (“BRC”) is focused on research and development and traditionally has used licensing as a means of commercialization.
BRC created Brainwave Products Inc. as one of its means of commercialization. Brainwave Products Inc. is a worldwide distributor of the innovative, proprietary products engineered by Brainwave Research Corporation and is structured to distribute other products from third parties designed for contractors in the electrical, telecom and construction industries.
Based on decades of experience in research & development, developing “world first” products, protecting intellectual property and in building and managing high growth technology companies, Brainwave’s founders believe in allocating significant investment and resources to continued problem-solving based R&D.
The R&D efforts during the past three years have been focused on innovating technologies which will have transformational impact by elevating the standards of safety, monitoring, control and reporting of electrical usage, distribution and data communications in the world of residential, commercial, industrial and government institutions electricity distribution and management.
